AIS, welcomes Adrian Leal, the company’s new territory manager for the states of Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.
AIS aggressively grew its team in 2018, with Leal being the 16th person added to AIS’s field sales team in the past 12 months.
“AIS is on the move, outpacing industry growth and profits in 2018, and we’re hitting the ground running in 2019 with our newest addition to the team,” said Nick Haritos, executive vice president of sales and distribution. “We’re excited for the energy and leadership that Adrian offers AIS and our customers.”
Leal joins AIS with several years of experience in sales and business development. Most recently, he served as the business development manager for Maxon Furniture in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area where his responsibilities included client relationship management, identifying key dealer partners and increasing market share throughout the Midwest. Prior positions included working as an account executive at Workscapes and as a business development manager for The HON Company.
Leal earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from St. Ambrose University in Iowa where he played football. He grew up in Chicago and is fluent in Spanish. He will be based out of Minneapolis.
