Fresh Dirtt: School, Sacramento, CA
DIRTT partnered with Intermodal Structures (IMS) to present a pre-manufactured structure of container-sized units assembled and outfitted as two inviting, exciting learning spaces. The stacked classrooms — one elementary, one high school — featured DIRTT Power, imbedded technology, writable surfaces and millwork.

Two floors at 75 Varick were initially design for Horizon Media with the goal of fostering connectivity between the newly collocated staff, a concept that has been subsequently spread across the 15th-16th and 11-12th floors.

Tribeca based pliskin architecture — in collaboration with lothan architects — has reinvented the office culture at a technology company in new york city. the intervention is an expansion that effectively doubles the headquarter’s available space, and features organizational shifts that align well with the client’s branding. featuring both highly finished and intentionally industrial areas, the office accommodates a range of activities with various levels of formality. conference rooms, relaxed activity ‘hubs’, and open office desk organization come together to define the concept.

Little Offices – Minneapolis
Ham Yard Hotel, London
If boutique hotels of late have been falling into a formulaic, stale template as they expand, Ham Yard is a true gem for the jaded traveler who's seen it all. Forthrightly eschewing minimalism, it's a kaleidoscopic treasure chest of surprise. Every nook and cranny—from the drawing room's chandelier made of crystal-studded ships to the color-blocked elevators—surprises the eyes with unexpected artwork, design objets, and souvenirs from travels. Done haphazardly, this would be a nightmare visit to grandmother's, but Kit Kemp (who designs each property) makes Ham Yard feel anything but kitsch. There's a sense that everything has been placed carefully with purpose, creating a charged energy. Who else could pull off a vintage pipe organ as a seating divider in the ground floor restaurant, or a neon silk thread installation by young artist Hermione Skye O’Hea in the lobby?
