Baskervill has designed the new offices of software vendor and manufacturer AvePoint, located in Richmond, Virginia.

Faced with an extremely tight schedule, the project – from initial design meeting to client move in- was completed in only 3 months. To meet the schedule, extremely detailed planning and coordination from all parties was required. The design team allotted 2 weeks for design coordination and documentation, 3 weeks for building permits and ten weeks for construction and furniture installation.
