Red Hat, Singapore

Having delivered 15+ Red Hat projects across EMEA and APAC, M Moser was appointed to spearhead Red Hat’s “Open Source Technology. Work Your Way” shared space philosophy in its Singapore office, which constituted a framework to guide how a space should be shaped, while providing the flexibility within so as to truly allow people to work the way that best suits them.

M Moser embedded a global workplace strategist and global designer within the Red Hat Global Workplace Innovations team to oversee nine projects throughout the region, establishing a project delivery culture that understood the company’s objectives and cultural foundations while enabling continuous learning of the Red Hat way.

As a company, Red Hat truly believes in its values as an open collaborative company. “Egalitarian principles and meritocracy are part of the firm’s foundations” said Su-San Tan, M Moser’s Red Hat Client Program Lead and Workplace Change Strategist, “Throughout the various engagements with Red Hatters, we realised they truly identified with the company culture. If you can define your culture tightly, while resonating deeply with a very diverse group of employees, then you have a solid foundation to effect change and disruption.”
