ThirdWay Interiors has designed the new offices of trading company Smarkets, located in London, England.

Smarkets provides a superior online investment platform that facilitates honest, user-centered trading in regard to sports, politics and current events.

The client was determined to do things differently. They wanted a space where their staff could eat together in a large, marble-clad commercial kitchen, providing free catered lunches and the flexibility to transform the space into a large entertainment zone.

ALM Equity Offices – Stockholm

pS Arkitektur has designed the new offices of ALM Equity located in Stockholm, Sweden.

ALM Equity AB works with real estate development. Its new head office in situated on Regeringsgatan in the centre of Stockholm and comprises of about 700 sqm. Some 50 employees have their workplace here. The interior features smart built-in technology in spaces such as meeting rooms, kitchen and open project places. These high end solutions are a key factor of the work ethics that represent ALM – high efficiency, easy access to colleagues and an open, no fuss way of communication. After work activities are encouraged in the large kitchen, being equipped with audio-sound system and bespoke along-the-walls sofa.

CCWS has designed the new offices of global payment company Currency Cloud located in London.

This is CCWS first project with one of the world’s leading FinTech organisations, that move money around the digital economy, using a fast and dynamic platform for entrepreneurial success on a global scale.

CCWS won the project in a completion with London’s top turnkey office design and fit out businesses. Currency Cloud awarded it on creativity, a flexible fixed-cost procurement route and enthusiasm for their culture.

Clockwork Architecture + Design has designed the new offices of financial services company Financial Engines located in Overland Park, Kansas.

As a rapidly growing financial company, Financial Engines decided to trade in their current office space for one that catered towards a new corporate workplace model. The main goal for the company’s new headquarters; an open and collaborative environment that would support the company’s expansion plan as well as to help attract and retain talent in a competitive financial market.

getBACK Offices – Warsaw

getBACK Offices – Warsaw

Mokaa Architekci has designed the new offices of debt collection company getBACK located in Warsaw, Poland.

The new division of getBACK company is located in the center of Warsaw. Design work included the creation of a functional programme, location of all of the installations and interior design. The interior has been adapted for the new branch by zoning the space for customer service, position information, the position of the self log, three meeting-rooms and facilities for employees.

 

The area almost 100sqm has been designed with strong lines and angles, which originally were dictated by unusual shape of the premises, as well as numerous installations located in the interior.

LGM Headquarters – Vancouver

DIALOG has designed the new offices of financial services company LGM located in Vancouver, British Columbia.

DIALOG transformed LGM’s new 24,000 sq. ft. Vancouver head office to reflect the company’s story and CEO’s love for collective collaboration by creating the ultimate high-end, automotive office showroom. The ‘Best Tenant Improvement’ award was selected on the basis of quality and performance, innovation and creativity, teamwork and collaboration, as well as community and environmental awareness.

Gearing up for a transition, LGM’s CEO Adam Hill needed a change of space. As a provider for warranty and insurance solutions for prominent automotive brands since 1998, Hill wanted to open his employees’ minds to a new way of working and move away from the traditional closed office set-up. DIALOG was brought on board early to help convey LGM’s past, present and future through design and communicate the automotive heritage that had been part of LGM since inception.

Evolution Design has developed a new workplace concept for the financial consultant zeb which has been implemented at their office in Munich, Germany.

The new workplace concept has also been implemented in Zurich and Berlin and will be expanded to additional offices in Central and Eastern Europe.

The new workplace concept was developed in an interactive co-creation process together with a team of zeb employees. In these co-creation workshops the functional and communication requirements were analysed and a new work environment concept was formulated. A special focus was placed on the zeb culture and in particular on the zeb identity, values, motivation and the way in which they differ from their competitors.

PENSON has designed the new offices of financial services company SEI located in located in London.

Located in a major new creative workspace The Alphabeta Building in Finsbury Square and nestled among 10 other offices, this new HQ definitely stands out from the crowd. PENSON made sure to deliver a world-class design experience and exciting interchange between creativity, connectivity and commerce.

Spread over three floors this 6320 sq. m office speaks a consistent visual language inspired by the purity, slickness and edginess of London’s art galleries. Natural materials such as upcycled timber juxtapose bold red steel and colourful walls, creating a powerful first impression. The office is divided into individual hubs with meeting rooms, chill-out zones, kitchenettes and pods providing a healthy balance between open and private spaces.

Mogo Financial Offices – Vancouver

Evoke International Design has developed the new offices of Mogo Financial located in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Mogo is a financial company looking to bring social responsibility, accessibility and fun to financial services. The design team’s agenda was to design a 13,000 square foot space downtown to house a growing workforce. The open office concept is complemented by a collection of multipurpose rooms at varying scales, offering space for small to large meetings, private conversations, group strategy sessions and hot desk capabilities for visitors. Additionally, several different amenity spaces further allow for staff to stay mobile by providing interesting and dynamic spaces to meet, socialize and conduct business. The client brief included references to mid century modern office design, and the result is a space that is classic and modernist, a direction chosen to create a timelessness and an almost homey comfort. This aesthetic is most evident in the lobby area, featuring teak wall paneling, carrara marble reception desk, a daylight ceiling and mid century lounge furniture from Knoll Studio. The lounge area features custom felt lined booths, allowing for both cool socialising and quiet meeting space.

Staff engagement, employee retention, open and honest communications are of vital importance to the employee engagement experts at Reward Gateway; and these core values have been mirrored in the design of the brand new workspace. The lively space pushes the boundaries of focus, collaboration, contemplation and performance.

Peldon Rose has developed the new offices of European bank Nordea located in London.

The London office for Nordea didn’t represent their respected brand and needed to be modernised. With staff being spread across the building, their new workspace needed to bring their people together to help improve staff integration and communication. Nordea required an office with better facilities that improved the flow of the office.

Fogarty Finger has designed the new offices of small business loan company OnDeck located in Denver, Colorado. Spanning 72,000sf over two floors of the Denver Post Building, Fogarty Finger helped OnDeck uphold their cultural identity in the Mile-High City. In keeping with the spirit of OnDeck’s other offices, the palette is stripped back to an exposed ceiling concept and bare concrete floors; warm plywood and blue accented upholstery and carpeting help balance the energized aesthetic.
